Welcome to Nostalgia-You (www.nostalgia-you.co.uk). By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. The Mystery Shirt Concept

• All shirts sold are 100% authentic, brand new, and sourced from official licensed distributors.
• By purchasing a mystery box, you accept that the team, league, and design of the shirt are a surprise.
• We will make every effort to honor your requests regarding teams or leagues to avoid, provided they are clearly stated in the order notes at the time of purchase. If you forget to add a note, you must email us immediately at jamie@nostalgia-you.co.uk before your order is dispatched. We cannot guarantee specific team requests.

2. Sizing and Fit

• It is the customer's responsibility to select the correct size at checkout.
• Because we stock modern kits from various global brands (Nike, Adidas, Puma, etc.), slight variations in manufacturing fits may occur.
• If a shirt does not fit, you may request an exchange in accordance with our Returns Policy (see Section 4).

3. Shipping and Delivery

• We offer free UK shipping on all orders over £50.
• Orders placed before 17:00 will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time or over the weekend will ship the next business day.
• Nostalgia-You is not responsible for postal delays caused by third-party couriers or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the buyer.

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Exchanges: To request a size swap, you must contact us at jamie@nostalgia-you.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. The shirt must be returned to us in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all official paper tags completely attached.
• The "Mystery" Factor: We do not accept returns or refunds simply because you dislike the team, color, or design of the shirt you received, as this is the core nature of a mystery box purchase.
• Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for paying all return postage costs for size exchanges, unless the item received is verified as physically damaged or faulty upon arrival. Faults must be reported with photographic evidence to jamie@nostalgia-you.co.uk.

5. Monthly Raffles and Giveaways

• Leaving a review enters you into our monthly Premier League ticket giveaway.
• Winners are selected at random each month and will be contacted exclusively via our official email address: jamie@nostalgia-you.co.uk.
